Exchanges and returns – simple and hassle-free

You can exchange or return your order within 14 days of receipt. Whether it's an exchange for a different product or a full refund, we'll make sure the process goes smoothly.

Terms and conditions for exchanges and returns

To be able to exchange or return a product, it must meet the following conditions:

The product is unused and in the same condition as you received it.

The product is in its original packaging, including all accessories and labels.

The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.

How does exchanging or returning work?

Send an email to info@tropicasa.nl with your order number and the reason for your exchange or return. When exchanging, please also indicate which product you would like to receive in return.
We'll send you a return label so you can easily return the product. Returns within the Netherlands are free.

Make sure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transport. If possible, use the original packaging.

Please deliver the package to a shipping point of our shipping partner and keep the shipping receipt.

Once we've received and inspected the product, we'll refund the purchase price to your account within 5 business days . If you're exchanging it, we'll send you the new product as soon as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

Returns are free within the Netherlands. Shipping costs may apply for returns from other countries.

Please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Please include photos of the damaged product so we can provide a solution.

Unfortunately, personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless there is a defect.
